Live smart, live easy.
Set to become one of Lyttelton's iconic buildings and a place where the community comes together, Collett's Corners is a new residential development that's about to re-define the way we live. At the heart of this development is a commitment to wellbeing, with shared spaces offering places for rest, relaxation, interaction and connection.

Collective Ownership
Collett's Corner is a building with a difference. Its purpose is rooted in the Lyttelton community it serves and is supported by hundreds of people across Aotearoa who collectively own it.
Over 600 everyday people came together to make Collett's Corner New Zealand's first community minded, equity crowdfunded commercial development.
The top two floors are home to 20 coliving inspired apartments. Each apartment will be sold with its own unit title. The ground floor and basement will be owned by Collett's Corner Ltd, and leased to Ūkaipō, the wellbeing sanctuary.
The Investors page has a library of information for shareholders and people interested to learn more about the overall development. We share this information freely with the hope to inspire other communities to develop projects that support thriving communities.
