About the event

How can we work together to build the buildings we want in our towns and cities?

Camia Young, Founding Director of Ohu Development is pioneering a way of approaching property development that fosters connection and belonging. Ohu’s projects are founded on communities conceiving of and investing in the buildings they want to be part of their every day lives. Camia will speak about the growing trend of creating places that foster connection and belonging as well as share examples of projects.

Her visit coincides with the launch of the first equity crowdfunded commercial development in New Zealand, Collett’s Corner. She will share how the project came into being, what she has learned from this project and answer any questions you may have about creating similar projects.

Ohu's website address is www.ohu.nz - please go and have a look at their projects.
